infomatrixal provides restaurant marketing analytics services, including but not limited to campaign performance tracking, customer behaviour analysis, revenue attribution, and marketing optimisation tools. Our Services are designed specifically for restaurants, cafés, and other food service businesses.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Services without notice or liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
